{"id":8758,"date":"2023-04-28T09:45:42","date_gmt":"2023-04-28T07:45:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gruppo-happy.it\/impatto-zero-il-racconto-della-sostenibilita-dal-punto-di-vista-del-gruppo-happy\/"},"modified":"2023-06-29T12:00:43","modified_gmt":"2023-06-29T10:00:43","slug":"impatto-zero-il-racconto-della-sostenibilita-dal-punto-di-vista-del-gruppo-happy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gruppo-happy.it\/fr\/impatto-zero-il-racconto-della-sostenibilita-dal-punto-di-vista-del-gruppo-happy\/","title":{"rendered":"IMPATTO ZERO: THE STORY OF SUSTAINABILITY FROM GRUPPO HAPPY&rsquo;S POINT OF VIEW"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Numerous topics were covered over the program&rsquo;s 25-minute running time, <strong>with plant manager<\/strong> Marta Torri<strong> able to show and talk about the various phases involved in the polystyrene:<\/strong>extrusion, creation of the reels and relative quality tests, thermoforming, moulding, addition of absorbent pads, cutting to grind the production scraps, and final packaging of the trays produced.<\/p>\n\n<p>The real star of the show, however, was the concept of <strong>sustainability,<\/strong> which takes many different forms within Gruppo Happy.<\/p>\n\n<p>First and foremost, <strong>Davide Masini<\/strong> (Sustainability Manager &amp; LCA Expert) highlighted the concept of <strong>\u201cextended producer responsibility\u201d,<\/strong> which has meant significant investments for Gruppo Happy in the field of <strong>mechanical recycling<\/strong> and <strong>recovery<\/strong> of <strong>three different materials<\/strong>: PS, PET and HDPE. <\/p>\n\n<p>Moreover, <strong>Fabrizio Bernini<\/strong> (Head of R&amp;D and Communication) narrated a very clear and effective account of the concept of sustainability: <strong>packaging in and of itself is already sustainable,<\/strong>because it contributes significantly to the <strong>reduction of food waste,<\/strong>but now it is even more so, because the functionality of traditional polystyrene (XPS) trays has been supplemented by the ability to manufacture them now using up <strong>to 50% post-consumer recycled material <\/strong>(r-XPS).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Correct and effective communication<\/strong> regarding correct disposal and recycling of plastic is therefore fundamental, as highlighted by <strong>Mariapaola Biasio<\/strong>, Marketing Manager, who highlighted how education is essential, both inside and outside the Group.<\/p>\n\n<p>This communication becomes even more important in light of <strong>Gruppo Happy&rsquo;s expansion:<\/strong> as recounted by <strong>Carolina Branca<\/strong> (Marketing Specialist), the goal is to actively involve all those who are part of the Group and ensure that they always share common values, first and foremost, of course, sustainability.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Now watch the special:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Impatto Zero Cremona1 20232204\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/8jhEm81gFts?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Numerous topics were covered over the program&rsquo;s 25-minute running time, with plant manager Marta Torri able to show and talk about the various phases involved in the polystyrene:extrusion, creation of the reels and relative quality tests, thermoforming, moulding, addition of absorbent pads, cutting to grind the production scraps, and final packaging of the trays produced.
