The 45th edition of Sigep Rimini – The Dolce World Expo, the globally relevant annual International Trade Show of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and the Coffee World, came to a conclusion on Wednesday 24 January.
Innovation, sustainability, international focus: these are the keywords which opened the inaugural ceremony of the 2024 edition.
When we talk about ice cream, sweets and pastries, we should always remember the entire supply chain involved, which allows end customers to purchase and consume these goods. And within this supply chain, packaging undoubtedly plays a key role.
During this time, Gruppo Happy thus had the chance to show off and describe its latest innovations in terms of trays and tubs for ice cream and pastries, exhibiting with a stand dedicated to Coopbox and Sirap France.
